It’s not just a Massage!
I love helping clients feel better through my eclectic style of body work and I believe that a vital part of my job is giving my clients the knowledge and tools they need to take care of their bodies day in and day out, prevent injuries, interrupt chronic tension patterns, and get back to feeling good if injuries occur. My background as an athlete, Occupational Therapist (OTR), Practitioner of Structural Integration, and Massage Therapist (CMT), combined with my passion for helping people, sets me apart from other Therapists.Schedule Appointment
I possess a variety of skills and tailor my services to suit each client’s specific needs. Since 1995, as an Occupational Therapist (OTR), I have specialized in the treatment of hand and upper extremity injuries such as carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, tendonitis, and other work-related injuries. Through assessing posture, considering past injuries, and visually analyzing movement patterns, I come up with a plan to help each client feel their best. I use a variety of orthopedic techniques and my Structural Integration training to help clients increase flexibility, improve posture/alignment, and speed recovery after injury. I give my clients a variety of stretches, exercises, postural and body mechanics modifications, ergonomic adaptations, and stress management techniques so they can take an active part toward improving their health.
My goal is to help clients develop healthy daily habits that prevent injury and limit aches, pains, and chronic tension which ideally leads you to living a happier, more productive life.
